EASY RECIPE OF DELICIOUS MANGO ICE CREAMS.

This recipe is super easy to do at home.

All you’ll need is 3 ingredients and 30 minutes of prep time. let the freezer do the rest for YOU. THIS easy homemade ice cream is super creamy and sweet, with a delicious zing from the mango which will leave you wanting more.

SO this is a Three-ingredient mango ice cream made with mangoes, fresh cream and MILKMAID.

Every year during summers, I make this no cook mango ice cream a couple of times. In the Indian summer season, the markets are flooded with mangoes. Nothing beats the taste of fresh mango combined with the rich, creaminess of fresh whipped heavy cream.

This ice cream is very creamy in texture and doesn’t form any crystals because we have not used any water content. You can make this with Mango pulp too but we recommend using fresh Mangoes for the best taste.

Serve this creamy mango ice cream plain as it is or topped with some finely chopped dry fruits.

INGREDIENTS:

Ripe Mangoes - 3 Large

Condensed Milk - 1 tin

Whipping / FRESH cream - 1 cup / 300ml

METHOD :

∆ PEEL and Chop the mangoes and blend them until you form a puree without adding any water.

∆ POUR condensed milk in a bowl and whisk lightly for a couple of minutes. Add MANGO puREE and whisk until combined.

∆ IN a separate bowl, ADD fresh CREAM. Whip THE CREAM USING A HAND MIXER OR A STAND MIXER WITH A WHISK ATTACHMENT, UNTIL SOFT PEAKS FORM. YOU CAN ALSO USE A MANUAL HAND WHISK IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES AT HOME. 

∆ ADD it little by little to the mango pUree, MIX for 1-2 minutes until they are well combined. Very gently fold them together so that you don’t knock out the air from the cream.

∆ THE entire ice cream mixture should be mixed evenly.

∆ ONCE mixed, Pour the ice cream mixture in a freezer proof container or box. Cover the container tightly with a lid. 

∆ KEEP ICE cream in the freezer for a few hours till it is half set.

∆ Remove and add the ice cream to a bowl. Whip again till smooth and you see the volume increasing. You can also whip in a blender or food processor. Then pour in the same container and freeze till set. Remember to cover the container with a lid. 

∆ YOU can also whip the ice cream once more after it partly sets again, for a more smoother texture.

∆ ONCE set, then Serve the mango ice cream scoops topped with dry fruits, chocolate sauce or you can even serve it with slices of cake as a desseRT.
