Instant Jalebi recipe is a easy way of preparing the crispy, crunchy, juicy and fresh jalebi at home within minutes.

Jalebi is one of the simplest and most delicious sweets. You can serve this dessert/ sweet warm or cold. This is a best sweet one can makes the guest happy. This is one of the party special desert. The jalebis are sweets having crispy, chewy texture with a crystallized sugary coating.

To get are crispy, sugary, tasty, juicy and crunchy jalebis is not difficult but need a trick. Traditionally to make jalebis it was a long process. firstly, the batter was allowed to well ferment, and the next day batter is poured into the cone made with cloth and round spirals are made in hot oil and deep fried. later jalebis are soaked in sugar syrup for a few minutes and then served. But now this Instant jalebi are so quick to make that you would never have thought that jalebis can be made so easily at home within minutes.

Here I used all purpose flour, yogurt, baking powder, cornflour, orange red food colour and suger syrup to make this sweet, juicy and crispy jalebi.

lNGREDIENTS

FOR JALEBI BATTER

All purpose flour(maida) - 1 cup
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Yogurt  -1/2 cup
Orange red food colour - 1 pinch
Water - 1/2 + 3

FOR SUGER SYRUP

Suger - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Cardamom - 2
Lemon juice - 1 tsp

PREPARATION


∆ Combine the suger syrup with cup of water, cardamom and lemon juice together in a deep pan and cook on a medium flame till suger dissolve and Allow to boil till you attain 1 string consistency. keep it aside.


STEP 1
PREPARE THE JALEBI BATTER

∆ Mix together all purpose flour, corn flour, and baking powder. Sieve flour for 1 to 2 time in a bowl. 

∆ Add food colour to yogurt and mix well.

∆ Add yogurt in a above mixture. Then add 1/2 + 3 tbsp cup of water (Pour little at a time) and whisk smooth without forming any lumps. Prepare a thick flowing consistency batter. ( The batter should not be too much think and loose. If you take correct measurement, then you can get correct consistency of batter.)

STEP 2
DEEP FRY THE JALEBIS

∆ Now, heat oil in a pan over medium flame for deep frying. Filling the jalebi batter into a piping bag with a single hole nozzle. Alternatively, use a plastic bottle with a small hole in the lid  to fill the batter.

∆ Squeeze the bottle and make round spirals with the batter into hot oil working closely from outside to inside to make perfact circles. Deep fry the jalebi, when one side is partly cooked, turn over and fry the other side. Fry the jalebis till crisp and golden. ( Don't over cook, otherwise it doesn't dissolve with sugar syrup.) 

STEP 3
SOAK THE JALEBIS IN SUGER SYRUP

∆ Transfer immediately into warm sugar syrup. Drain after 1 to 2 minutes and serve the instant jalebi hot sprinkled with cardamom powder.

Tasty, sweet, crispy and juicy jalebis are ready to serve. It's very sweety and tasty. If you taste it once, you can't stop eating and its sweetness melt in your mouth.

Serve jalebi hot, warm or at room temperature. Store the leftovers jalebi in an airtight container and refrigerated.
