MANGO ICECREAM PARFAIT WITHOUT YOGURT
Here, l am making a parfait with vanilla icecream. It is always eaten with yogurt. But for a change, I tried adding ice cream instead of yogurt. Because everyone not like the sour taste of yogurt. When it comes to ice cream, it attracts kids and adults alike.
An easy and quick pick for dinner parties.
The best thing about this recipe is we can pre prepare all the ingredients and refrigerate it. Just mix everything and serve chilled whenever required and it tastes fantastic!! Every sip is truly a taste of heaven
Add fruits of your choice. Always use sweet fruits for this recipe. It is best to avoid citrus fruits or mixing them with other fruits.

INGREDIENTS
FOR JUICE :
Mango - 2 cup
Suger - as needed
Water (chilled) - 3 cup
OTHER INGREDIENTS :
Apple π - 1 cup
Mango - 1/2 cup
Banana π - 1/2 cup
Pear π - 1 cup
Kiwi π₯ - 2
Dates - 1 cup
Dry fig - 1/2 cup
Almonds - 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
Raisins - 4 tbsp
Ice cream ( vanilla)
PREPARATION :
STEP 1
∆ Wash mango and peel the skin ( If using organic mangoes, then you can use up the skin for added fiber ).
∆ Cut the mango to cubes and add them to a blender.
∆ Pour the water and suger.
∆ Blend until smooth.
KEEP IT ASIDE
STEP 2
∆ Cut the apple, mango, Banana, Pear and kiwi into bite sized pieces and keep aside.
STEP 3
∆ Chop the Dates, Dry fig, Almonds, Cashew nuts and Raisins.
ASSEMBLING :
STEP 1
∆ Take 5 large tall glasses. Add a large scoop of ice cream, then add apple, mango, banana, pear, kiwi, dates, dry fig, almond, cashew nuts and raisins in each glass as the first layer.
∆ Then pour mango juice and scoop of ice cream.
∆ Again repeat it.
∆ Finely garnish chopped nuts and fruit. Add a long-handled spoon and serve immediately.
