 A great delicious snacks for tea and coffee.

CHICKEN ROLL - This is simple and easy evening snack. This stuffed roll make with simple chicken masala. 

Here, I stuffed the roll with chicken masala that was sauteed with onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli, pepper, cumin, turmeric, red chilli and garam masala powder. These Spiced chicken masala stuffed rolls are so delicious and soft. It is good in taste and a perfect homemade snacks for kids. ________________________________

CHICKEN ROLL


INGREDIENTS

FOR CHICKEN MARINATION

Boneless chicken - 1 cup

Salt - as needed

Turmeric powder - 1tsp

Chilli powder - 2tsp

Cumin powder - 1tsp

Pepper powder - 1tsp

Garam masala powder - 1tsp

Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp

Soya sos - 1tsp

Oil - 4tbsp

∆ Marinate above ingredients to the chicken and keep it for 10 minutes.

∆ Heat 4tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the marinated chicken on medium flame.

Keep it aside.

FOR MASALA FILLING

Onion (chopped) - 3

Ginger paste - 1tsp

Garlic paste - 1tsp

Green chili paste - 1tsp

Curry leaves 

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Garam masala powder - 1tsp

Cumin powder - 1/2tsp

Chilli powder - 2tsp

Salt - as needed

Oil - 3 tbsp

Coriander leaves 

∆ Heat a pan, add 3tbsp oil, saute onion  followed by ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili paste, curry leaves and Salt. Saute well till the raw aroma of ginger and garlic dissipates.

∆ Once the mixture is properly sauteed add the spice powders (turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, chilli powder ) stir till the raw smell of spice is gone on low-medium flame.

∆ Then add fried chicken and mix well. Add coriander leaves and stir till fragrant. Once done, switch off the stove. 

FOR BATTER 

Egg - 1

Flour ( Maida) - 2cup

Salt - as needed

∆ prepare the batter by adding all the ingredients to a blender.

∆ Blend till smooth.

∆ Heat the pan with oil, pour a little amount of the batter into the pan. Just enough to coat thinly without any holes, just like thin dosa.

∆ lift gently with a spatula and set aside.

FOR CRUMB COATING

Egg - 1 (beat with fork or hand beater)

Bread crumbs - 2cup

∆∆  place 2tbsp of filling on one side of the dosa.

∆∆  Roll tightly like spring rolls.

∆∆  Dip the rolls one by one in the beaten egg and then roll it in the bread crumbs.

∆∆  Shallow fry in oil.

∆∆  fry till dark golden colour and crisp. 


THE TASTY HOT  CHICKEN ROLL IS READY TO SERVE.

You can serve it with tomato sauce during a snack time.

THEY ARE TASTY WITHOUT ANY CONDIMENTS TOO...
