Chicken Bread is a breakfast or dinner dish where the dough is stuffed with chicken filling.
Here, I am sharing a very delicious recipe with you all which will bring your perfection in baking the stuffed breads. I am sure you will also be amazed with the result if you will try this.

FOR CHICKEN MARINATION
Boneless chicken - 1 cup ( cube pieces)
Salt - as needed
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Chilli powder - 2tsp
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Garam masala powder - 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Soya sos - 1tsp
Oil - 4tbsp
∆ Marinate above ingredients to the chicken and keep it for 10 minutes.
∆ Heat 4tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the marinated chicken on medium flame.
Keep it aside.
FOR MASALA FILLING
Onion (chopped) - 2
Bell pepper (Capsicum) - 1 ( large)
Ginger paste - 1tsp
Garlic paste - 1tsp
Green chilli paste - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2tsp
Chilli powder - 2tsp
Salt - as needed
Oil - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Tomato sauce
∆ Heat a pan, add 3tbsp oil, saute onion and bell pepper(capsicum) followed by ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste and Salt. Saute well till the raw aroma of ginger and garlic dissipates.
∆ Once the mixture is properly sauteed add the spice powders (turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and chilli powder) stir till the raw smell of spice is gone on low-medium flame.
∆ Then add fried chicken and Tomato sauce, mix well. Add coriander leaves and stir till fragrant. Once done, switch off the stove.
FOR BREAD
All purpose flour (maida) - 2 cup
Milk powder - 1tbsp
Yeast - 1tsp
Egg -1 ( plus one for glazing)
Oil - 2tbsp
Sugar - 1tsp
Salt - 1/2tsp
Warm milk - as required
Warm water - 2tbsp
Sesame seeds - for sprinkling (It looks beautiful with white sesame. here, I did not get white sesame so I used black).
STEP 1
First add flour, milk powder and salt in bowl and mix it. In another bowl add Luke warm water and mix it with yeast and sugar and set aside for 10 minutes for yeast active.
STEP 2
In dry mixture add oil, egg and warm milk, mix well. After mix add yeast mixture in flour mixture and mix it, then add water as required until made a perfect soft dough. Then kneed it 2-3 minutes atleast. Cover it and rest it for 1 hour or until the dough rise up.
STEP 3
Once the dough doubles, Roll out the dough in the direction of the required width and length, according to the thickness your desire. Add filling in center and Cut the sides using a knife. Flap each side, right then left and continue till done. Carefully, take the bread and keep it on the tray. Brush top with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven for 20 minutes on 190 degree and bake it for 30 to 35 minutes till the top is well browned.
Enjoy yummy hot chicken bread with tomato sauce. Serve for dinner or as a snack for tea time!!!
