CHILLI CHICKEN
CHILLI CHICKEN is a popular dish from chicken. In India, this may include a variety of dry chicken preparations. Mainly boneless chicken is used in this dish.
Chilli chicken is a sweet, spicy & crispy, made with chicken, bell peppers, garlic, chilli sauce & soy sauce. This crisp fried saucy chilli chicken recipe is hands down the best that you can make at home.

INGREDIENTS
FOR CHICKEN MARINATION :
Chicken - 1 kg
Salt - as needed
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 3 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Cournflour - 2 tbsp
All purpose flour (maida) - 3 tbsp
Egg - 1
Oil - for frying
Marinate above ingredients to the chicken and keep it for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Deep fry the marinated chicken on medium flame.
Keep it aside.
OTHER INGREDIENTS :
Onion - 2
Bell pepper (Capsicum) - 1
Spring onion - 1/3 cup
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Green chilli (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Soy souce - 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Salt
Coriander leaves
1 . Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and green chillies. Stir them well.
2 . Then add onion, spring onions and capsicum. Fry until they turn slightly tender.
3 . Add the chicken and mix well. Fry on high for 1 minutes.
4. After a while, add soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, pepper powder, chilli flakes and salt. Then add coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients well and make sure that the chicken is well coated with the sauces.
Serve with rice and chapati .........
