Cucumber yogurt salad / cucumber pachadi is an easy recipe and can be made in a matter of minutes.

INGREDIENTS
Cucumber - 1
Grated coconut - 1/2cup
Green chilli - 4
Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
Curry leaves - as needed
Garlic - 4
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt - for taste
To prepare this recipe, firstly peel the cucumber and chop in to small pieces , keep it aside.
Next, grind the grated coconut, green chilli, garlic, curry leaves and salt. Then add mustard seeds and 2 tbsp curd grind just for few seconds. Now add cucumber and curd (Beat curd with a spoon or whisk till smooth). Mix everything well.
Serve with rice !.
