DRAGON BEEF KEBAB
This is a spicy and extremely flavorful recipe which will surely be a hit at any party.
FOR MAKING BEEF KEBAB :
INGREDIENTS
BEEF - 1kg ( finely minced)
ONION - 2 ( chopped )
GINGER - 1 tbsp
GARLIC - 1 tbsp
DRY RED CHILLI - 1 tbsp
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 tbsp
BAKING SODA - 1 pinch
MASALA POWDER - 1 tbsp
MINT LEAVES - 1/2 cup
EGG - 1
CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/2 cup
SALT - as needed
bamboo skewers - Used to hold kebabs.
STEP 1
Gather the ingredients. Blend all the ingredients together in a grinder. Then transfer to a bowl and set aside for 1 hour or more in refrigerator.
STEP 2
Keep a bowl of water ready. Dip your hand in the water. Take some ground meat in your wet hand, make a ball then a sausage shapes.
Now thread a skewer through the sausage. Then press and shape the sausage to secure the meat around the skewer (about 6 to 8 inches long).
Continue until all the kebabs are ready.
STEP 3
If you don't have a charcoal grill, the kebabs can be cooked on a gas grill, grill pan or oven. It may take less or more time, depending on how hot the grill is and how thick you shaped the kebab. Watch the kebabs carefully so you don't dry out the meat.
FOR MAKING DRAGON BEEF KEBAB:
∆ Firstly, cut the kebabs in to inch pieces.
Keep them aside.
INGREDIENTS :-
ONION - 1 MEDIUM
CAPSICUM - 1
CARROT - 1
CASHEWS - 10
DRIED RED CHILLY - 3
RED CHILLY FLAKES - 1 1/2 tbsp
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1 tsp
CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY - 2
TOMATO SAUCE - 1 tbsp
WATER - 4 tbsp
BLACK PEPPER POWDER - 1 tsp
SALT - as needed
Oil - 4 tbsp
FOR INSTANT SAUCE :-
SOYA SAUCE - 2 tbsp
TOMATO SAUCE - 3tbsp
HOT CHILLI SAUCE - 1/2 tsp
KASHMIRI CHILLY POWDER - 1 tbsp
In a bowl, add all these ingredients and mix well.
Instant sauce ready.
STEP 1
∆ Heat a pan add 4 tbsp oil on medium flame. Add cashews and dried red chilly, roast it. Be careful, not to burn cashews. Then add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilly. Saute for 30 seconds.
STEP 2
Next, add chopped onion, carrot and capsicum, saute well for 5 minutes. Then add the instant sauce and cook for a minute. Add 4 tbsp of water, black pepper powder, and salt . Combine everything well.
STEP 3
Next, add the kebab pieces and toss until the kebab pieces are combined well with sauces.
STEP 4
Then add tomato sauce and red chilly flakes.
Close the lid and cook for 3 minutes in a very low flame. After 3 minutes, open the lid and mix well.
DRAGON BEEF KEBAB READY !!!
