EASY AND QUICK MINT CORIANDER CHUTNEY

Easy, quick and super restaurant style 5 minute mint coriander chutney for snacks. You can store this chutney in the refrigerator. Do not keep this chutney for more than 4 days in the refrigerator. It loose its taste and becomes bitter.

This chutney tastes best when it is made fresh.

Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe is bursting with flavors in each bite. Serve it as a side with any Indian meal.

Chutney is a spicy and tangy accompaniment popular in Indian cuisine. It is served as a dip along with snacks and it is even used for making various kinds of Chaat.

To make this chutney, coriander leaves, green chilies, mint leaves, lemon juice, cumin seeds, chaat masala powder, yogurt, garlic, suger and salt are put in a blender and made into a smooth paste. It hardly takes 5 minutes to make this one.

The amount of green chillies can be adjusted according to your preference. You can increase or decrease it. It will also depend on how hot the chilli is.

INGREDIENTS

Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1 cup
Green chilli - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic - 3
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Suger - 1 tsp
Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp
salt - as needed

PREPERATION :

∆ In a small blender add mint and coriander leaves. Crush well.
∆ Then add garlic, cumin seeds, green chilli,  lemon juice, chaat masala powder, suger, yogurt and salt. Blend everything until smooth. 

∆ Taste and adjust salt, spice and lemon. Add more chilies for spice if needed and blend again.

Chutney Ready!!

Serve with snacks, samosa, pakoda, cutlets, tikka, grilled veggies/chicken, kebab, tandoori chicken and aloo paratha.

My favorite is when I eat this chutney with aloo paratha.
