RESTAURANT STYLE CHICKEN FRIED RICE 

Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, seafood or meat. It is often eaten by itself or as an accompaniment to another dish.  It is Best for lunch and dinner.

RESTAURANT STYLE CHICKEN FRIED RICE

FOR CHICKEN :

Boneless Chicken Breast cut into thin strips -  1 cup

Pepper powder - 2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Cumin powder - 1 tsp

Soy souce - 1 tbsp

Salt - as needed

Oil - 4 tbsp

Marinate above ingredients to the chicken and keep it for 10 minutes.

Heat 4tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the marinated chicken on medium flame.

Keep it aside. 

FOR EGG :

Eggs - 3

Salt - as needed

Oil - 2 tbsp

Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Break the eggs to a bowl and beat until frothy and add them in the pan. Add salt and pepper powder. Lightly scrambled them until the egg is cooked through yet soft. Do not over cook. Remove it to a plate.

FOR RICE:

RESTAURANT STYLE CHICKEN FRIED RICE

Sella Basmati rice - 2 cups

Water - 5 cups

Oil - 4 tablespoons

Onion - 1/2 cup

Bell pepper (Capsicum) - 1/2 cup

Carrot - 1/2 cup

Beans - 1/2 cup

Spring onions - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)

Garlic - 4 cloves (finely chopped)

Salt to taste

Soy sauce - 1 tbsp 

pepper powder - 1 tbsp

Masala powder - 1 tbsp

STEP 1

Wash rice and soak for 20 minutes. Take 5 cup of water add enough salt to it. Cook until the rice is 90% done. Drain the water and keep it for cool. 

STEP 2  

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, bell pepper(capsicum), carrot, beans, spring onions, garlic and salt, stir-fry for a minute. Add chicken pieces and eggs, stir-fry for two minutes. 

STEP 3

Add soy sauce, pepper powder, masala powder and mix thoroughly.

STEP 4

Add rice and cook for a minute, stirring and tossing continuously.

mix well and serve hot.

RESTAURANT STYLE CHICKEN FRIED RICE

fried rice doesn't demand a side dish since it is aromatic, spicy and good to serve on its own. But sides like chilli chicken, pepper chicken, dragon chicken, chilli beef and chilli mashroom or any other dishes go very well with this rice.
