🧾 Ingredients:

Unsalted butter – 100g

Marie biscuits – 6 pieces

Milk – 1 packet (500 ml)

Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

China grass (agar agar) – 8g

Custard powder – 1 tbsp

Condensed milk – as needed (about 3–4 tbsp)

Sugar – to taste

Nuts (almond/cashew) – crushed for topping

1. Prepare custard mix: Combine custard powder with a little milk to form a smooth paste.


2. Soften china grass: Heat with water until semi-dissolved, then set aside.


3. Start the base: Warm remaining milk on low heat, then add china grass, butter, and condensed milk.


4. Stir until butter melts. Add vanilla essence.


5. Mix in custard mixture while stirring on low heat until slightly thick.


6. Turn off the flame and add crushed biscuits. Mix well and let it cool fully.


7. Blend the mixture to a smooth consistency—it should be pourable.


8. Pour into a tray or mold.


9. Garnish with crushed nuts generously on top.


10. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
